Have you heard about Skin Soaking?

Have you heard about Skin Soaking?

Skin soaking is essentially when you drench your epidermal skin cells in water to help hydrate your skin and allow for better product penetration.

After two weeks of skin soaking morning and night, studies have shown an increase in hydration by a whopping 50%!

Basically, after you have cleansed you face, you soak your microfiber cloth in tepid water, rinse out but not completely so some the cloth is damp. And then you press the cloth into your face and take a nice deep breath in, and you repeat this 3 times. You can do this either in the shower or at your basin, wherever you wash your face.

To give you a visual. If you think of a cheapo dish cloth that been sitting out on your bench for a few days, it's all dry and doesn't absorb water well. Once that cloth has been soaked in water, you are able to mop up your kitchen bench beautifully as there is enough moisturiser already within the cloth. Think of the skin as our dish cloth. Once you have drenched the cells in water, you are able to better absorb your products better, meaning you can spend less on products as they will last you longer.

So give this little hack a go and I guarantee your face and wallet will love you for it.
